Keolis Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
Keolis is a multinational transportation company that operates public transport systems. The company manages bus, Rapid transit, Tram, coach networks, rental bikes, car parks, water taxi, cable car and trolleybus services. Based in Paris, France, the company is 70% owned by SNCF and 30% owned by the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec.
A former employee shares his experience on indeed.com, "I was hired as a maintenance supervisor in Keolis, I was never provided a job description by management... I had to ask for it and it was provided 5 months after the hiring date, never received a 90-day review, never got any training other than a management computer program, the department has no work procedures in place, managers provide NO support, HR is untrustworthy, after many complaints and reports of harassment nothing was ever done to fix problems, harassment from technicians and operators against supervisors are common and go unpunished even when reported to the highest authority. Medical benefits are a joke and extremely expensive. The salary is very low compared to the same position elsewhere. Shift hours are changed without notice and at the manager's discretion...no 30-day notice provided."

Manager on Duty, Dispatcher, Driver, (Current Employee) says"Typical work day-filled with drama and no structure, no communication and no accountability Learning experiences- upper management is very dishonest, self reserved and unorganized Management- is by far the worst I have ever had the displeasure of working under Workplace culture: no structure, no professionalism, employees have no direction they just come operate and go When structure is introduced, all goes haywire and management only encourages you to enforce discipline only to go behind your back and drop the ball, throw you under the bus, pass the bulk or renege all together Upper management on a daily basis, going against the grain and making fictitious promises, unreachable goals and providing the worst support system possible. There is no backing support for employees, only lies and false accusations The most enjoyable part of the job: interacting with many of the drives and some support staff and clocking out before any upper management comes around with more self centered goals. The pay does not match the constant increase in duties a better benefit package is needed overall, less out of pocket spending Overall keolis transit ft. Lauderdale could be a great place to work, because the job is not hard in it's self, it's the dealing with the company representatives constantly requiring you to meet certain goals with the appropriate tools to do so. Working with malfunctioning equipment (ie computers, tablets and no laptops) which would be a definite plus for mod's to have out in the field, operating on the cheapest budget alone (at least the budget we'reInteracting with drivers and passengersManagement, Healthcare and lack of accountability"

Coach Operator (Bus Driver) says"This place looks great to the unknowing eye, but truth be told it’ll change your life the schedules are set to consume your entire life. If you have a spouse and/or kids or a life Don’t work here 15 hour shifts from start to finish with 4-7 hour splits where you don’t get paid. Always feeling like you’re about to get fired or that they are trying to fire you. They have no room for advancement as I got beat out for a supervisor position by someone who knew nothing about the routes or our busses they are literally trying to fire you, get you to quit, kill you, or put you in jail I’m so tired from this job I can barely function this job is a fly trap seems great before you get in then once you’re in there is no way out. Because they pay well enough no one else can match it!Pays wellCan’t have a life or family and work"
